Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a growing technical support team, providing guidance and coaching to team members as needed.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing customer or technical support teams in a multinational setting. They should possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of team coaching, QA, and mentoring.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach team members to achieve performance goals
  • Assist with problem-solving and escalate issues as needed
  • Engage with internal and external customers through various communication channels
  • Perform annual performance reviews, address performance issues, and develop career paths for team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of customer/technical support experience, including at least 2+ years in a management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under limited information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
