Job Opportunity

The role of Group Team Leader in the financial sector requires a strategic thinker who can drive business results through effective team leadership. They must foster a positive work environment, empower team members to make informed decisions, and monitor key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve business objectives, develop a positive work culture, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with management to establish measurable goals, develop strategies to achieve those objectives, and provide regular feedback on progress.
  • Task Delegation and Resource Management: Delegate tasks based on business needs, ensure team members have necessary resources and skills to perform effectively, and monitor deadlines for tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Track key performance indicators, conduct weekly reviews, and recognize and reward outstanding performers.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular guidance, support, and constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Attendance and Schedule Management: Monitor team attendance and approve time-off requests for team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Group Team Leader or in a similar role overseeing team leaders.
  • A strong track record of leading teams, coordinating workflows, and driving results in a professional setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluations or team development strategies.
  • Background in handling client interactions and resolving escalated concerns, particularly in roles involving external communication.
