Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling engineering calendars and tickets for a global organization across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating IT resources to drive task completion and efficient resource utilization.
- Coordinating scheduling of work with internal teams and clients.
- Managing technical resources in our ticketing system.
- Evaluating, prioritizing and assigning IT to support requests, following up where needed.
- Monitoring service personnel schedules to ensure support coverage and lack of scheduling conflicts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication in a business setting.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
