About the Position

This Sales Support role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing documentation assistance, verifying quotes, and managing itinerary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify quotes and attach relevant documents as requested.
  • Prepare and send offers to clients, handling itinerary changes as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, focusing on market analysis, competitor research, and existing account management.
  • Perform other support duties as assigned by the manager.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales functions within the travel industry is beneficial.
