Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Sales Director at Tongyu Communication Inc. The position involves managing sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
  2. Sales Growth: Generate existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts, and expediting accounts receivable.
  3. Product Promotion: Promote and sell products and/or solutions to current or new customers and inform customers of new product introductions.
  4. Lead Generation: Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans.
  5. Customer Management: Develop customers and maintain their satisfaction.
  6. Relationship Building: Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
  7. Problem Solving: Interpret customer needs and work to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle leads independently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronic information, communication engineering, electromagnetic field and wireless technology, microwave and antenna, and other related majors.
  • More than 3-5 years of related work experience, experience in telecommunication industry or telecommunication customer resources (Telecom Industry Main Operators, Channel Providers, Agents, and Distributors).
  • Proficiency in the tools, systems, and procedures required to complete the job.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good communication ability.
