As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers is also a key aspect of this role. You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support in candidate selection. Additionally, you will facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
The Timekeeping & Attendance Management section of this role involves monitoring and maintaining accurate employee attendance records. You will process and validate daily time records, leaves, and overtime requests. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, tardiness, and absences.
In terms of Purchasing & Office Supplies Management, you will handle procurement of company-related supplies, equipment, and materials. This includes sourcing and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing. You will maintain inventory and monitor usage of office and supplies. Process purchase requests and ensure proper documentation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft applications and have good time management and handling priorities skills. It is also desirable to have 1 – 2 years recruitment experience. You should be capable of achieving deadlines and have a can-do attitude.
