We are seeking a skilled Product and Catalog Specialist to maintain and expand our online catalog of parts and diagrams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our website remains accurate, organized, and user-friendly for customers searching for the right parts by model, series, or brand.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze price books and parts manuals to identify and structure product information.
- Add and update products and parts (up to 1,000+ per brand) into the system.
- Create and manage model-specific pages and link parts accurately to interactive diagrams.
- Categorize parts by brand, series, product type, and subcategories.
- Ensure filtering, tagging, and sorting logic is applied correctly to support customer navigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand brand structure and technical documentation.
- Experience in eCommerce product management, content management, or catalog maintenance.
- Strong organizational and categorization skills.
- Proficiency in working with product databases, diagrams, and online catalogs.
- Basic understanding of B2B or hardware-related industries is a plus.
- Able to work during standard business hours (EST).
