Job Title: System Reliability Engineer

As a seasoned system reliability engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability and scalability of our healthcare applications. Your expertise in designing, building, and maintaining reliable infrastructure will be essential in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support healthcare applications.
  • Automate deployment processes to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for reliability and security.
  • Optimize system performance through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.
  • Implement effective monitoring and alert systems for critical applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all operational processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of building and deploying scalable applications.
    • Tech Proficiency:
      • Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
      • Strong experience with frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
      • Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
      • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and an understanding of responsive design principles.
      • Strong experience with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
      • Proficiency in MongoDB, with a focus on query analysis and optimization.
      • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
      • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability tools beyond Azure Application Insights (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
