Role

As a TikTok Shop Account Manager, you will oversee the marketing strategy for multiple accounts on the platform, handling tasks such as product listings, promotions, account creation, and performance tracking. Your goal will be to develop and execute ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies that drive e-commerce results.

You will work closely with creators and influencers to produce engaging content tailored to TikTok's platform. This includes monitoring campaign performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.

  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaboration with agency employees, project managers, and clients is essential to meet campaign goals and deliverables.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should have experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results. Additionally, they should have 1+ year of experience managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.

  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior, including the Creator Marketplace and e-commerce features.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
