Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating various digital assets, including email campaigns, affiliate banners, social media ads, and website graphics.

  • Develop and produce newsletters and marketing materials across multiple channels.
  • Create visual concepts, and copy layouts for digital applications.
  • Determine layout, type styles, and overall design based on brand guidelines and available space.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize design assets using performance data and feedback.
  • Continuously iterate and refine campaign creatives based on marketing performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital content for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
