About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT/digital accessibility, including web accessibility tools, design, and content, in line with international standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). They will also have experience working with Content Management Systems and conducting accessibility assessments and user testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accessibility assessments and user testing to identify barriers and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies and solutions to ensure compliance with international standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into all aspects of digital product development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility technologies and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, Web Design, or a related field
  • Three years of recent professional experience in Information Technology, with at least two years of experience in digital accessibility
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
