We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Central Cloud Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining contact center and unified communication platforms for clients using Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center and other UC Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and resolve complex issues with business communication systems
  • Provide high-level technical consultation support to global customers
  • Implement configuration programming changes for internal and external customers
  • Lead projects and teams as needed, especially on Telecom and Telephony driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners on end-user installations, configuration, and programming changes
  • Deliver process training and knowledge transfer sessions to new team members
  • Conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions to external teams based on their skills and requirements
  • Create job aids, MOPs, and documentation for internal team members and customers
  • Implement, demonstrate, and deliver solutions remotely or onsite
  • Handle technical escalations and issues escalated by team members
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud, with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in any other Telephony platform
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Solution, including implementation experience on Telephony, Contact Center, Integrations, Reporting, Text & Speech Analytics, Quality Management (Call Recording), Call Routing, Performance Management, Email, Chat, Social, Co-Browse, Interactive Voice response, Voice & Digital Bots, and AppFoundry Partners
  • Strong understanding of Genesys products with multiple use cases for various industries
  • Able to create Private, Public SIP Trunks with multiple Carriers and third-party ACDs
  • Proficient in ITIL model of service delivery, SLAs, and contracts
  • Experienced in supporting global customers, working in a 24*7 environment
