About the Role

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and creative professional who can develop high-performing Meta ad concepts across multiple products and customer avatars.

The role requires a deep understanding of direct response marketing, including video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology. The successful candidate will have strong direct response copywriting ability, particularly for Meta video ads, and proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data.

We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, detail-oriented, self-managed, and thrives in a remote environment. They will work closely with our team to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 15–25 fresh ad concepts weekly tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Write direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Create ad concepts for different stages of the funnel — cold, warm, and hot traffic
  • Analyze performance and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a direct response or performance creative role
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
