Job Opportunity

We are seeking a creative professional to drive our content strategy by developing high-performing ad creatives. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content across various platforms.


About the Role
  • Collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to develop clear briefs and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into concise creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives content effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
