About the Job

We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing Systems and Data QA activities, including driving the development of the annual risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in leading IT risk-based audits, teams, interacting with key stakeholders, and managing negotiation situations. They will also have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Business, or related studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan.
  • Support the Asia Segment Compliance and Global Functions Compliance in the delivery and execution of risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan.
  • Ensure that AML Systems and Data QA are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate root causes of identified issues, associated risks, and recommendations for improvements in business processes.
  • Deliver high-quality AML Systems and QA reports in a timely manner with audit issues focused on key risks, root causes, materiality, potential solutions, and succinct messages.
  • Ensure timely reporting of all AML Systems and Data QA statuses, including current activities, next steps, and roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags and ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed.
  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders to objectively engage them and challenge their views as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and special QA work as assigned, related to AML Systems and Data QA.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Development Team in developing Computer-Assisted Auditing Techniques (CAATS) and AML Data Analytics.
