- Monitor team performance and quality of service delivery

- Process daily/weekly reports on delivery fulfillment
- Conduct site visits upon request to ensure standards are met
Requirements: A college graduate with a 4-year Business-related course is required. Strong planning and organizing skills, along with project management expertise, are essential for this role.
