About the Role
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistent high-quality products.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize production processes.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve product yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or production role, preferably in the feed industry.
- Strong knowledge of feed processing standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
