About This Role

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented professional to join our marketing team.

You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Build and manage an affiliate marketing program, identifying and recruiting influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using inbound and outbound strategies, collaborating with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Community Management: Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Plan and manage programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for ROI through DSP platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to inform testing strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of managing campaigns on major advertising platforms.

This is a full-time position, requiring excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a self-starter mindset to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
