Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in building and improving our financial planning and analytical processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class payment processing solution that requires robust financial reporting to match. You'll be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining divisional and corporate budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc reports.

You'll work closely with the finance team to model and analyze products, acquisitions, and financings, integrating operational and financial data to enhance forecasting accuracy and risk-adjusted project ROI. Building relationships with leaders across the organization will also be essential.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience, with business analysis experience considered.
  • Experience with financial statement production and/or analysis.
  • Familiarity with accounting data hierarchies and structures.
  • A strategic mindset that considers the financial implications of key decisions.
  • Strong communication skills in written, spoken, and visualization formats.

  • Working towards or having completed a financial designation (CPA, CFA, etc.).
  • Experience working with budgeting and reporting software.
