Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement and inventory management processes to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, procurement, finance, and marketing, to align procurement and inventory management strategies with business needs.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement and inventory management team, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 6-10+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably within the restaurant, food & beverage, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale procurement and inventory management operations.
