The key role of this position is to manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention and deep utilization of client's services. The Enterprise Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a comprehensive list of restaurants and hotels within certain groups through research
  • Building customer profiles in the main CRM system
  • Designing promotions within the customer tool from pre-defined templates
  • Generating reports within reporting tools and sending them directly to external customers
  • Completing audits of customer accounts based on own research findings
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across various teams
  • Developing templates across various tools as per instructions
Requirements:
  • At least one year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is advantageous
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
