Job Description:

  • Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects, including explainer videos, social media content, and commercials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and producers, to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in motion design.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
