Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is a creative position where you will develop visual content to support the company's marketing efforts.

  • Create engaging motion graphics, videos, and animations to communicate complex ideas.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, infographics, emails, presentations, digital banners, sales collateral, event materials, and event booth designs.

Key Partnerships

Partner with the marketing team on campaign concepts and storytelling to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Additional Opportunities

  • Contribute to UX/UI design for our website, landing pages, and insurance platform.
  • Support website design updates in WordPress and create accompanying visuals.
  • Develop website animations to enhance the user experience and elevate our digital presence.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in creating videos, motion graphics, or animation.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a creative or design agency.
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides/Powerpoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present ideas to the team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nice-to-Have: Understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience working with WordPress.
