About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will apply expert knowledge in statistical analysis, complex data mining, and artificial intelligence to make value out of data.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide consulting relating to the data mining and analysis of data from a range of sources to transform raw data into concise and actionable insights.

You will design and implement data-driven solutions, with specific focus on advanced analytical methods, data models, and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply statistical analysis, complex data mining, and artificial intelligence techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
  2. Develop quantitative simulations and models to provide descriptive and predictive analytics solution recommendations.
  3. Identify trends and problems through complex big data analysis.
Requirements
  1. Six (6) years of relevant experience in applied research, big data analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, computer science, operations research or other closely related quantitative or mathematical discipline.
  2. At least three (3) years of direct experience in machine learning.
  3. Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research or other closely related quantitative or mathematical discipline.
  4. Demonstrates knowledge of data mining methods, databases, data visualization and machine learning.
  5. Ability to communicate analysis techniques, concepts and products.
