Digital Design Lead

We are seeking a Digital Design Lead to join our team. This role will oversee the design process, ensuring that all deliverables meet established goals and deadlines.

  • Lead design projects from ideation through to execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to designers, helping them develop their skills.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and develop concepts.
  • Develop and review design work, providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in design leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
