Enterprise Project Manager

Candidates for this role will lead the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet schedule, scope, cost, budget, and resource expectations. They will identify key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program and project delivery to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and work with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers and provide direction when needed.
  • Manage the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables for the project.
  • Advocate for the appropriate technologies from our portfolio to customers.
  • Drive project success while managing risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams and customers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
