Senior Project Leadership

As a senior project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects and managing diverse audiences within various business environments. Your role will involve employing the appropriate amount of urgency and stepping in when your team needs help with escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee global projects to ensure timely completion and within allocated resources.
  • Build plans, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, lead and direct the work of others, conduct due diligence, and gather necessary materials.
  • Perform performance management, coaching, development, and recognition of direct reports, manage workload, and optimize productivity.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Leadership experience in implementing large-scale projects, including the management and oversight of functional project teams in learning and development.
  • Direct report team leadership in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials.
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
