Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive financial reporting and analysis across key business areas, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Manage monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, aligning them with strategic business objectives.
  • Provide clear insights into complex monthly and quarterly results, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, design what-if scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in closing the monthly financial processes, including accruals, reclasses, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies, driving cohesion and success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews and strategic planning.
  • Prepare financial materials for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests using data-driven, tech-enabled insights, providing value-added support to stakeholders.
