Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cryptocurrency exchange. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours, overseeing market making bots, identifying and escalating issues, communicating with the core trading/engineering team, and ensuring risk limits and exposure are kept within agreed parameters.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of trading fundamentals, including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging.
  • Basic technical literacy, with the ability to read logs, interpret error messages, and navigate dashboards.
  • Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn.
