Creative Production Manager

Lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our organization's Creative department.

This role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for digital communications, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives.

You will oversee the production workflow, manage a team of graphic designers and creatives, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with brand identity and business goals.
  2. Maintain brand consistency across various marketing platforms.
  3. Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
  4. Manage a team of graphic designers and creatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
