We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with expertise in AppSheet to join our team. As a problem-solver with a knack for low-code/no-code platforms, you will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients' AppSheet-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration, providing recommendations for improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support, documenting issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support, with strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic.
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
