We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote travel solutions.

  • This role involves providing expert advice, promoting IHG brands and products, and driving revenue and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective reservation solutions in multiple languages.
  2. Champion a customer-centric approach, demonstrating knowledge, passion, and pride.
  3. Foster global and cultural diversity of guests and business needs.
  4. Meet or exceed performance expectations in revenue, conversion, quality, partner offers, and guest satisfaction.
  5. Build rapport with guests through active listening and personalized service.
  6. Inspire loyalty through efficient and effective service driven by guest needs.
  7. Use creativity to find solutions, take accountability, and listen to ideas and feedback.
  8. Manage time effectively, adhere to schedule, and navigate multiple systems for an enhanced guest experience.
  9. Work effectively by understanding, trusting, and using tools and information appropriately.

Required Skills & Experiences
  • Bilingual communication skills – listening, written, verbal.

  • Ability to customize generic information and use online communication tools efficiently.
  • Basic software and hardware trouble shooting and effective use of systems applications.
