Job Title: Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, working closely with Project Managers to ensure studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project-related tasks including link setup, link testing, study invitation delivery via custom tools, exclusion list management, and incentive reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement sampling plans for allocated projects from internal invites to custom recruitment.
  • Utilize excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology to coordinate with project assistants and maximize available options for optimal results.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with other teams to leverage internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Regularly review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide timely recruitment updates to project management teams as required.
  • Ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines by clients.
  • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach total sample sizes.
  • Monitor and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Maintain expertise in M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to optimize their use in supporting project deliverability.
  • Address Project Managers' and stakeholders' requests promptly.
  • Attend meetings with PMs to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Take notes and distribute checklists during key meetings.
  • Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely and well-planned execution.
  • Track and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support PMs in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Setup Dynamic Audiences on projects based on clients' specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.
  • Interest in or previous exposure to the healthcare space.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PMs.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Additional Information:

Flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours is required.
