Role Overview

This key position requires a professional with exceptional head hunting and team management abilities, a strong desire for aggressive growth, and experience in hiring Providers for the US Healthcare Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized databases containing candidate information
  • Utilize Boolean search to identify qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
  • Measure the effectiveness of different hiring sources and time-to-fill for each role
  • Pursue revenue targets for RPO services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferred - Past experience of hiring Providers for the US Healthcare Market
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search
