Talent Acquisition Specialist

Establish a recruitment process that ensures the timely and effective sourcing, evaluation, and selection of top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via applicant tracking systems
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to build relationships and facilitate smooth hiring experiences
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in CRM databases and Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and ensure seamless processes
  • Contribute to development of standard operating procedures, training resources, and team communication channels in collaboration platforms
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience with a proven track record of success
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (desired)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment
