Job Description

The Sales Support role is a full-time position located in Bel-Air, Makati and VisMin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and facilitating communication between customers and the sales team.

This includes handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Any Bachelor's College Degree preferably Tourism or related course
  • With at least 2 years work experience in an Airline, Hospitality, or any Travel-related industry.
  • Knowledgeable or willing to learn in GDS (preferably Amadeus/Sabre)
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • With a pleasing personality
