Customer Focused IT Agent

As a Level 1 Support Specialist at Hunter's Hub Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. This role involves monitoring workflow, pipeline, and job executions, diagnosing and resolving basic issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Main Tasks:
- Diagnose and resolve basic issues encountered during workflow, pipeline, or job executions
- Monitor the execution of workflows, pipelines, and jobs in our Production environment
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. At least six months to one year of experience in L1 Support is also necessary. Knowledgeable in Azure Synapse/Asure Data Factory, ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries, and previous experience in technical support roles are highly desirable.
