Description

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients find the best insurance products for their needs and an ability to build long-lasting relationships. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and New Business Development
  2. Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns).
  3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
  4. Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients in making informed decisions.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  6. Client Relationship Management
  7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Provide personalized insurance advice and recommendations based on individual or business needs.
  9. Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure they have the proper coverage as their needs change.
  10. Customer Service & Claims Assistance
  11. Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claim submissions.
  12. Act as a point of contact for clients who need to file claims or have questions regarding their coverage.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to provide seamless customer experiences.
  14. Administrative Duties
  15. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and policy details using CRM software.
  16. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, insurance regulations, and market trends.
  17. Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

Requirements
  1. Education & Experience
  2. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  3. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  4. Insurance licensing (required or willing to obtain prior to employment).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong sales abilities and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  8. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Technical Skills
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  12. Familiarity with insurance industry software and tools is a plus.
