Neks Job Philippines is hiring a Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Phone Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff members when necessary.
