Job Title: Financial Compliance Specialist
">This is a highly specialized role that requires an individual with exceptional analytical and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for our global clients.
">- Perform bookkeeping duties using Xero, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client records.
- Prepare and submit financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and perform spreadsheet analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients through written correspondence and email communication.
- Review peer work to ensure quality and accuracy before presenting to client managers.
Requirements:
">- Graduate degree in Business or Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Australian taxation laws.
- Proficiency in Xero, XPM, Workpapers, and Spotlight software applications.
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
