Customer Experience Associate

The Customer Experience Associate is a key role at KMC Solutions Inc, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management:
- Providing support at the reception/front desk through answering and dispersing calls and inquiries, welcoming/receiving applicants, visitors, and clients, responding/addressing tenant concerns and walk-in inquiries, handling daily incoming and outgoing mail, receiving, distributing, and filing incoming letters, billings, invoices, documents, and/or other communications, managing the front office on a daily basis, assisting with photocopy, printing, and scanning client requests, gatepass/work permit processing, preparing and accomplishing errand forms, and monitoring the cleanliness in the concessionaire area.
- General Services/Tenant Services:
- Being the point person/representative in the workplace, reserving the conference room, reporting and coordinating any workplace issues and ensuring job completion, providing administrative support to members, providing unmatched customer experience, building strong relationships with members, and enforcing company policies and procedures, and safety and health regulations and standards.
- General Admin:
- Attending ticket requests within SLA, assisting office walk tours with prospective clients and marketing events, offering and serving refreshments to clients, assisting and doing simple troubleshooting IT concerns like WiFi connection and borrowing of LAN/HDMI, coordinating with the vendor for any client request below 20K, distributing monthly treats, following operational processes and procedures, and enforcing house vision and security guidelines.
- General Office Maintenance/Facilities Management:
- Maintaining office show-readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance, conducting random facilities walkthroughs to report current and urgent issues, and handling foreseen issues and members' needs, coordinating with the Customer Success Lead for any facilities/building issues.
