At our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a key member to join our global finance team as an Operations Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in coordinating operational projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Support budget management and tracking expenditures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with relevant coursework or specializations.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, showcasing expertise and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under stress.
