Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Senior FP&A Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial research and analysis to develop insights on budgets, forecasts, and sales margins.
  • Lead small-scale projects, ad hoc analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions.
  • Generate accurate forecasts, analyze trends for strategic planning purposes, and create 'what if' scenarios for future business planning.
  • Support pricing and sales initiatives by providing interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver various reporting packages, preparing financial deliverables, correspondence, and filings.
Requirements:Professional Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assemble, communicate, and present information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously, meeting critical business deadlines with commitment and self-discipline.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
