Job Overview

Broad analytics expertise is required for a senior role that oversees the team's critical thinking and building processes. Key responsibilities include designing executive-ready reports, managing KPIs, safeguarding data quality from source to scorecard.

This position combines hands-on analytics with process excellence by partnering with stakeholders to ensure KPIs are accurately defined and reliably delivered. The role ensures clear actions and outcomes through diagnostic assessments, value-stream mapping, and stakeholder interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cross-departmental process diagnostics using data-driven methods and identify areas for improvement
  • Design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks that integrate people, data, technology, and controls
  • Execute change management initiatives by running workshops, converting decisions into project plans, chairing ceremonies, and maintaining RAID logs until benefits are realized
  • Maintain an enterprise playbook with audit-ready evidence
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate to build live-linked dashboards, board-ready slide decks, concise notes, and present during compliance reviews

Requirements

  • Strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills
  • Ability to model data, validate metrics, and work with large/complex datasets
  • Proven experience defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates and change control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field; MBA or related master's preferred
