- Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification beneficial.
- At least 7 years of project management experience, including program management.
- Experience with waterfall and other project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
