We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to monitor and optimize MariaDB clusters and MaxScale load balancers. You will administer Ubuntu Linux servers on Azure VMs, including patching, tuning, and automation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a MySQL or Maria DBA (cloud or hybrid). Strong skills in MariaDB clustering and replication are preferred but not required.

You will manage and optimize Azure resources including Traffic Manager, load balancers, and networking. Your hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Azure administration is essential for this role. Performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery know-how are also necessary qualifications. Automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, scripting knowledge is a plus.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
