Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Utilize your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Eligibility to work as an independent contractor.
  • Owning a VOIP US phone number / line.
