We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment Talent Acquisitions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both applicants and our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix to identify top candidates
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to ensure timely updates and responses
  • Maintain accurate data by keeping recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration by creating training resources and team communication in Slack

With a strong track record of success in recruitment, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, identifying top candidates, and providing exceptional service to both applicants and our team.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn about the industry
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets to effectively manage communication and data
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and colleagues
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent) to ensure smooth performance
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed to facilitate seamless communication
