Role Description

Responsible for J&T's performance and talent development strategy; together with the OD Manager, develops strategies to improve performance and equip J&T's talents with the correct skill set needed for the job, and manages programs designed to foster this strategy, such as training facilitation, developing training courses, and activities that promote healthy competition among employees. He/she is also responsible for employee communications and shaping corporate culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, or training and development.
  • At least two years of experience in Talent Development or Performance Management.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, results-oriented, and driven.
  • A collaborative team player.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Understands office management procedures and controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to interact with diverse individuals, possessing strong interpersonal skills; charismatic, outgoing, assertive, enthusiastic, and highly energetic.
  • Capable of multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment like J&T Express.
  • Demonstrates outstanding collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with unit and department heads, team leaders, and HR peers to achieve results.
  • Has a strong understanding of talent management and strategic planning, with a keen interest in collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiates and facilitates training needs analyses, interpreting data to recommend appropriate training programs.
  • Prepares training materials and develops courses to enhance the skills and competencies of J&T Express employees.
  • Monitors the training progress of regional counterparts and intervenes as necessary.
  • Coordinates the organization's learning and development plans and activities.
  • Identifies learning and development needs through job analysis, annual performance reviews, and regular consultations with managers and staff.
  • Gathers learning and development requirements from all managers, defining key details such as the current situation, expected outcomes, training objectives, participant profiles, priority levels, and other relevant factors in coordination with the Head of the HR Unit.
  • Develop and propose an annual learning and development plan to the Head of the HR Unit and management, ensuring alignment across departments, prioritizing training needs, and optimizing the required budget.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.
