Job Description

The role of a Sales Associate will jump-start your career in becoming a Business Manager that drives growth through customer acquisition and portfolio expansion. As part of our Sales Associate Training Program, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge to excel in this dynamic field.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy meeting new people, and are passionate about sales. You will be delighted by the bank's performance-based awards and incentives, alongside your basic pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Applicants with sales experience have an advantage, but fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients regardless of location
  • High passion for sales and excellent negotiation
  • Focused, output-driven, and up for challenging sales goals/targets
  • With excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Requirements
  • Open to Fresh Graduates, Business or Non-Business Course
  • Good communication and presentable skills
  • Candidate must be open to do field work and to operate on a quota-based role
  • Open to presentable-looking candidates as long as neat, with good communications skills, and presence
  • Knowledge in Branch products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) or other products is a plus
